It's simple. We're so confident that we're offering you the best online available price, we'll lower our price to match if you find the same product cheaper on any other UK website.

The TDS Saddlers Price Match applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product in stock and immediately available, and the product is priced accurately.

Price match requests must be submitted before an order is submitted. To do this email us at sales@tds-saddlers.com specifying:

  • Product details (name, colour, size etc...)
  • The total price of the item on the other site (including postage)
  • The website address (url) of the product on the other site
  • Your name and contact details

    • At TDS Saddlers we set prices so that it is unlikely you will find the same product selling for less. We constantly check prices of our main UK competitors and if we see the same item cheaper we lower our price to match, as a result all our customers benefit from the lower price, not only the ones who spot the difference.

    When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
  • The online shopping web-site where you found the product offered at a cheaper price must have the item in stock; the product must be new and not damaged; and be identical to our product. Competitor's offered price must be accurate, include any taxes, and applicable carriage charges (if any), and they must be prepared to sell the item to you at their quoted price
  • Goods must not be part of bankrupt stock, nor offered through any sort of auction. They must not be end of line clearance or sale items, shop-soiled items or similar
  • The Price Match guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order
  • We WILL NOT Price Match items from any website if that website is not able, or not prepared, to deliver the item to your shipping destination because it is out of their delivery area
  • We WILL NOT Price Match items from any web-site that is NOT based in the UK.
    (Customers should be aware that their United Kingdom consumer rights by law may not apply to transactions carried out with non-UK based mail order companies, and that there may be future difficulties with returns and claims under manufacturer's warranties on any goods purchased from such websites).
