TDS Saddlers is a family business founded by George Day over 80 years ago, established as a traditional saddler and harness maker, the company is still a family concern.

We hold an extensive stock of new saddles from some of the world’s top brands including Albion, Ideal, Fairfax, Erreplus, Bates, Kent & Masters, Prestige and Arena.

Tom Day, has over 40 years trade and craft experience and specialises in competition saddles for jumping and dressage. Tom also has extensive experience of remedial fitting such as slipping, poor balance or when the horse is showing discomfort due to poor saddle fit.

Gemma Bowles is our SMS Qualified Saddle Fitter and BHS Stage 5 (I) Rider & Coach, with well over 20 years of Equestrian Industry experience. This has included teaching all levels from beginner to Advanced for over 15 years, training to Grand Prix Dressage, BS, BE, and producing horses from backing through to established competition horses, riding in a variety of other disciplines and pursuing a keen, ongoing and applicable fascination with rider and horse biomechanics. This unique blend of experience provides a well-rounded and logical saddle fitting and assessment service for horse and rider, providing in-depth knowledge in an easy-to-understand format.

Natalie Hare SMS TSF & BHS 3 (AI) and Stage 4 (II) Stable Manager has over 15 + years experience working in Equestrianism in a variety of fields, from Yard Management to Coaching to Producing and more.
