TDS Saddlers is a leading UK saddlers. We are a family business founded by George Day, trading since 1935, the company is still a family concern today. We have built up a reputation and expertise in supplying saddles in the UK and worldwide, both in store and online.

Gemma Bowles, SMS Qualified Saddle Fitter and BHS Stage 5 (I) Rider and Coach, became a saddle fitter after a long career in Equestrianism, beginning with a livery and competition yard business before moving into full time coaching for well (well!) over 15 years. Her passion for coaching, love of biomechanics and dedication to horse welfare blended effortlessly into saddle fitting, which, coupled with a practical and down-to-earth approach, has provided endless fulfillment for horses and clients alike.

Gemma’s equestrian achievements and experience include; qualifying as a BD listed Dressage Judge, BHS Stage 5 (I) Rider and Coach with over 15 years coaching experience, trained to Grand Prix Dressage,  Foxhunter Show Jumping, BE Eventing, a regular on the Drag Hunt field, previous terrible Polo Player, producer of a multitude of young horses, and even a bit of Driving.  Her collective experience having worked in multiple fields in the Equine Industry for the last 20 years, and having seen it from most angles, provides a unique insight when saddle fitting to provide you and your horse with the best outcome possible.

Natalie Hare SMS TSF and BHS 3 (AI) Coach, Stage 4 (II) Stable Manager has had a long and successful career in Equestrianism, working as Yard Manager on large distinguished yards, coaching young riders through to adults, young horses through to seniors and producing multiple horses for successful dressage careers. Her own, sadly departed and reknowned cob Barney she produced from riding school to Advanced Medium, without a lame day in his 21 years with her! Having successfully Evented, competed to Advanced Medium, Discovery Show Jumping, Drag Hunted, and with an impressive riding injury list (with good stories to go with them!), Natalie is hugely knowledgeable, empathetic and adaptive with her fitting technique to achieve top results for horse/pony and rider.
